After breakfast we all went off to Saskatoon Farm. Always a lovely spot to visit.
In the afternoon, Norm and I walked to Sheppard Family Park to watch John getting things ready for the family picnic tomorrow. This is a heritage site, an official location where history is preserved due to the cultural heritage value. Tomorrow is Heritage Day in Alberta (a celebration of the province's heritage and there will be a family picnic for everyone.
Our dinner tonight at Mr. Mike's was the anniversary dinner. My nephew John and his family were driving back from Regina and didn't make it but we'll see them tomorrow night.
Gerald totally surprised us all with his unorthodox and totally out of character ensemble.....
