Stopped at Mad River Rapids RV Park

Another cloudy and foggy day going down the coast.  Interestingly, the traffic reduced dramatically when we hit California.

We made a stop in Crescent City and checked out a farmer's market and the coastline before walking out to Battery Point Lighthouse through a major obstacle course - it was low tide - at high tide the lighthouse is not accessible but completely surrounded with water.

This is a working lighthouse and a private residence

We made our traditional stop at the Trees of Mystery - don't know why.  We've stopped there about 20 times, never bought anything and never took the tour; we just always stop and walk through the shop.  Crazy!

An obligatory stop is in Trinidad where we always have fish and chips at the harbor.  It's just a tiny harbor but very picturesque, although today was overcast so not the same as usual.
