Bonners Ferry ID

9 am - 2:30 pm:  82.3 miles
Hwy 95
Stopped at Carriage House Inn & RV Park

We didn't get very far today but landed in a lovely little town.

In the lobby of the Carriage House Inn

We spent most of our time in Sandpoint, a very quaint little town.  The most interesting area is the Cedar Street Bridge Public Market which is a covered bridge across the Pend Oreille River full of shops and dining.  Very cute spot.

We were blown away to find this store downtown!

After a tour of the downtown we drove all 30 miles to Bonners Ferry and did a tour around their revamped downtown before deciding we had enough.  Too hot to walk any more.

Downtown Bonners Ferry is loaded with flowers - the scent is incredible

Apparently the bear gets a costume every Halloween!  Ha ha.
